All our apartments are equipped with emergency electricity backup to ensure uninterrupted power.

We take the security of our guests very seriously and adhere to strict monitoring of the building's access controls to ensure their safety.
Fire safety
We have a hi-tech addressable Fire Alarm System in the building and individual apartments comprising of heat and smoke detectors. This helps to prevent any accidental fires by detecting smoke and heat early.
Wellness features
With the focus on good health and fitness on everyone's mind, our buildings feature a swimming pool and a fully equipped inhouse gym with instructors. A personal trainer can also be arranged for, if required.
